Hi Hanah :). I have three questions; I'm a transfer student at UTSC in second year, so I will not have UTSC transcripts before December. So, first should I apply this December or next December when I will be in 3 rd year ? And when I appy, should I send the transcripts of my previous college on top of UTSC's ?
